The Lunar New Year in Vietnamese, more commonly known by its shorten name Tết, is the most important festival and public holiday in Vietnam. This holiday celebrates the coming of spring and is considered the best time for family members to return home and get together. The dates of Tết differs every year but it generally takes place around late January or February. This year, Tết is from 10th to 14th February 2024.
