How to make the French-style grilled chicken
Mr. Huynh Chien, Executive Chef of the Potique hotel Nha Trang, shared: "Chicken legs have been selected from fresh chicken with super meat, without broken tendons or skin. After preliminary cleaning, chicken legs will be marinated with herbals such as thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, salt, pepper, onions, garlic for 30 minutes at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. After that, massage the chicken legs to reduce fat and absorb more spices. Put chicken legs, vegetables and herbs in the apple juice and soda for 24 hours to make the meat more chewy and delicious. After 24 hours of soaking, the chicken legs will be grilled at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. The complex processing makes this dish more special. Cutting the chicken legs, diners will feel the aroma of apples and vegetables, the taste of soda and the sweetness of vegetables and from the fibers inside the chicken legs."
